How long does it usually take for me to receive the goods?

It depends on the quantity of your customized products and also on the speed of customs clearance and logistics (customs work differently and efficiently in different countries), but we can guarantee shipment of customized bags within 20 working days, and our customers in the US have received their goods within 3 weeks.

What if you can't provide what I want?

Typically, there are fewer of these.
We are more specialized in the field of packaging, if it is a particularly niche bag, our equipment can not produce it, but please believe that Yinshili has 6 years of experience in the industry, we can help you find the appropriate supplier.

What are the payment options?

You can use Western Union, which has a lower fee, or PayPal if you can accept a slightly higher fee, but please note that for new customers, we only accept the 50% T/T of the payment, or if you have been with us for years and run into cash flow pressure, we do offer OA credit.
